One of my historian friends, gifted my kids a copy of the Mahabharat by Kamala Subramaniam (Bhavan Press). When my son was 3-4, I had read him the entire Mahabharat and Ramayan – the RK Narayan version. I had not done so with my daughter and so I made up to her by reading to her this version of the Mahaharat in 2019-2020. The reading lasted for over a year and overlapped with the pandemic. It was a really fun experience, and helped get through the initial extremely anxious moments of the pandemic.
The recordings below are not all great audio quality. One can hear a lot of cross chatter, and QnA. You may find some errors in my explanations – I don’t claim to have complete knowledge! 🙂 . You may also hear my extremely sleepy voice at times!
